DDCOverall PCB is fine but PCBs are not cleaned after work! it seems some stains on PCBs it shows feeling of incomplete work! please see this part when PCBA is done then there must be cleaning of PCBs, there wont be any spots or oily/greesy things on pcbs.615 4 Aug 19.2025, 20:03:27 -

panelBoards manufactured with high precision, without visible defects even in the thinnest joints. The drilling is clean, without burrs, the soldering plates are shiny. Excellent for soldering with both lead-free and lead solder. The green non-solder mask is applied without overlap and is very hard and tough when attempted to scrape off. I ordered the boards along with the SMD components for custom assembly of the device, everything works as it should. VK-1000 Power Board Rev. 2AModerate size (13x17.5cm) AC and DC power control and high-voltage (4KV) generator board. PCB GoGo produced the boards then purchased the small SMT components and mounted them. I purchased and will install the large thru-hole parts including the high-voltage transformer. Communication was good and the single small problem (my mistake in the BOM) was identified early by PCB GoGo and fixed with just a one-day delay. The 50 completed boards were very well packed (individual custom-size zip-lock anti-static bag), wrapped in groups of 10 with anti-static bubble pack separating each board then surrounding each pack. The 5 packs were placed in a double-wall box with sheets of 1" thick polyethylene foam on all 6 sides. Would have survived a direct drop from a plane!431 6 Apr 15.2025, 04:01:01 -

Lots of help and supportSince I am a rookie at PCB design and build, I made several mistakes and needed help. PCBgogo was patient, communicated often and accurately and gave me the advice that I needed. They'd tell me what I had wrong and I'd try to fix it, including correct part numbers. After a couple weeks of Anne in support guiding me (even through pins I didn't use and extra pads) I had my board completed. The boards were built in a couple days and shipped in a couple more, then I received them 3 days later. I amtotally satisfied with the service, and especially the support I received. BBB Custom Cape Display and CAN busOverall, the quality of the assembly was good, I was concerned earlier whether the final board will be aligned well or not to put on the main board. The soldering of the male header especially was well done and clean, among 92 pins only like 3 or 4 pins have the remaining solder tin, but it can be easily cleaned later. BBB Custom Cape Display & CAN busA custom cape for Beaglebone Black for interfacing to 4D Capacitive Touch Display and a CAN bus transceiver. The capacitive interrupt pin was moved to another pin due to it conflicts with the can bus pin. This is my first-time designing a board with custom shape (not the usual rectangular), and I'm glad it works. The quality of board manufactured by PCBGogo was good, the cut was neat, although there're some white stain, but it can be polished with some cleaning agent.18487 8 Jun 10.2024, 17:16:28 -
