Hi all, just wondering what the correct way would be to specify to a board assembly house to anchor down some large Cap's???

SMD or through hole?
For SMD you need to glue them if they are on the bottom side and go through wave soldering. There is this red glue (forgot the brand) that gets applied by stencil and then needs heat cure.
For wired we embedded them in silicon. I guess you can also use hot melt glue. For silicon you need to use the electronic type that has no vinegar acid in it. Window type is usually to soft anyway.
