Can I make a complete pc motherboard with PCBGOGO? Or I'm on the wrong place?

For a couple of months I have been on the search of a company that makes pcb's in order to develop a slim motherboard for pc use, what do I mean? I want to develop a motherboard at the size of a stx (or mini ixt) format but with some changes. Can PCB GOGO do it? I am on the wrong place to ask? Or it can be done with them?
