custom size solder stencil

Hello, i have need to reball few bga ic, but i cant find the 90x90mm stencil for reballing station for my package. So i am planning to make it.
Right not only place where i found to make that size is oshstencil. Maybe there is some other places where members have ordered?
To understand what i need, here is the picture of example:

PCBGOGO will make it for you. Pick an unframed stencil, and draw a outline around where you want it cut. In the notes make a note that you want it cut out to the outline.
