How do you deal with a waste of PCB?

I guess depends from country and regulations, but more or less same approach apply everywhere.
How did you deal with a waste (leftover and expired solder paste, PCBs etc)?

Paste manufacturers will take back and recycle scrap solder.
In the EU the WEEE directive applies, certified people ca dispose of your scrap PCBs etc for you, depending on the market some of it is technically worth money, other times the service costs you. If its you in a shed.
