Hard lense LEDs vs. Soft lense

Does anyone experienced failures like in pcb quality check after LEDs soft lense deformed !? Does this is failure mode associated with LED Soft lense material or the PCB soldering profile we should be focusing ??

The machine nozzle can easily damage the soft lens so make sure your using the correct nozzle and that the part dimensions are very accurately configured.
Moisture damage is also common, don't ignore that msl3 rating on sensitive parts, lenses can actually pop off.
The oven profile should of course be correct too, I'm not sure a slightly too hot profile would damage the lens.
