5 , bath maintenance

a) Temperature - type nickel process , the temperature of the bath used is different . Effect of temperature on the nickel plating process is complicated . At higher temperatures the nickel plating solution, the nickel plating to obtain a low stress , scalability, stress coating to achieve a stable temperature of 50 degrees C, plus cause . General operating temperature is maintained at 55 - 60 degrees C.
