label: PCB depanel,printed circuit board

According to manufacturer JOT Automation, its router is one of the smallest and most cost-effective inline routing solutions for automated depaneling of PCBs used in smart phones, tablet computers, PCs, motherboards, automotive electronics, and practically any electronic product. The router’s modular architecture comprises a dual-spindle cutting unit, a vision system to ensure precise alignment and cutting accuracy, and a flat-belt conveyor or tray feeder for material unloading.

The JOT router performs accurate and clean PCB depaneling. An exhaust system keeps machine interiors dust-free, while the adjustable dual spindle with servo-motorized height adjustment enables accurate spindle location, smooth tool wearing, and longer tool life. The router handles panel sizes ranging from 50×50 mm to 300×250 mm and panel thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm.
